As a company, we are excited to have our cruelty-free standards go much further than just animals. We pride ourselves in being cruelty-free to plants also. Many plants are subjected to the rigor of being processed to the point where their natural qualities (nutrients) are gone. So sad. The ingredients we use are nutrient-full and minimally processed. They come from farmers being paid a fair wage as human cruelty is something we must all take a stand for. Because honestly with all our ingredients, down to the processing of them is incredibly important, we do offer one product that contains raw UMF Association Manuka honey (do you know it's amazing benefits?!). Outside of that, we use ONLY non-GMO plant oils, butter, and extracts. We don't even use water in our recipes. Caring for our beautiful planet is always on our minds. We recycle, are mostly paperless, and use LED lighting. Our packaging is recyclable and offering bulk sizes helps to minimize waste. So, it is possible to have your cake and eat it too.
