We make gentle, certified organic products for people of all ages, from babies to grandparents and everyone in between. We take care to ensure our products are safe and nurturing for even the most sensitive skin.
Working closely with key suppliers, we make sure that the ingredients we use have a positive effect on society and the environment from which they originate. We only use the purest, natural and organic ingredients to balance, protect, soothe and add radiance.
We are in the process of moving all our squeezy plastic tubes to Sugar Cane plant plastic.
This renewable raw material is planted far from any areas of rainforest, on land that is deemed of inferior quality for food production. Using this degraded pasture land helps soil to recover for future use as farmland.
Making the move away from fossil fuels is not where the benefits of Sugar Cane end. Whilst the plant is being cultivated, it captures CO2 so efficiently that Sugar Cane plastic is actually a carbon negative product. For every kg produced, 3.09 kgs of CO2 is removed from the air.
All our other packaging uses either Polypropylene (PP) or Polyethylene (PE). Both are fully and readily recyclable, avoiding landfill and the potential for pollution to our rivers, lakes or seas.
All of the packaging we use is checked and approved by the Soil Association, Organic Food Federation and EcoCert, each of whom have very strict standards on the environmental impact of cosmetics and their packaging. We pride ourselves in having environmental standards that are amongst the highest in our industry.
You will not find any of the following ingredients in our products:
SLS/SLES, parabens, MI, MCI, triclosan, phthalates, lanolin, propylene glycol, alcohol denat, harsh foaming agents, pore-blocking aluminium, irritating emulsifiers, synthetic fragrances and colourants, PABA-sunscreen, gluten, petrochemicals, mineral oils, silicones, ethoxylated ingredients, formaldehyde and formaldehyde-donors, EDTA, octyl methoxycinnamate, camphor-derived UV filters, urea, DEA, TEA or PEGs.
