The Bluebeards Revenge is proud to be at the forefront of the campaign against animal cruelty and the quest for a less wasteful consumer cycle. Our consumable products are vegan friendly with just two (Matt Clay and Moustache Wax) awaiting a final transition to a new formula. Our brushes are all vegan friendly and use innovative, long service life, synthetic fibres. Our razors are designed to last a lifetime with their reliance on double edged blades.
For several years now we have been striving to do away with single use plastics in our packaging and to use recycled or easily recyclable materials. All of our distinctive blue plastic bottles are made from 100% recycled PET of very high quality which allows for them to be refilled many times before being consigned to recycling or repurposing. Our “tins” are made from very high quality aluminium making them robust as well as distinctive. These too can be refilled many times over or can be repurposed into a host of useful items.
In 2021 we introduced a range of refill pouches for most of our consumables each of which should refill their respective, original containers at least three times. The pouches are recyclable and of course are much cheaper penny per gram of product than the original.

We are actively campaigning against the throwaway culture and promote thoughtful repurposing wherever possible.
